Objective:
The aim of the ACCELERATOR START-UP is to find out Innovative Business Solutions by using the Business Model Innovation Approach that will Guide and Accelerate the Start Up creation process.
STRUCTURE:
The workshop is planned to be organized in three main parts:
- Presentation of problems/challenges that local businesses face to compete and to be innovative in the global arenas.
This phase will serve for identifying opportunities for innovation and entrepreneurship. hrs. 9.30-10.00
Speaker: Chamber of Commerce /GIZ
- Capacity building on how to turn opportunities into venture.
Presentation of the Business Model Canvas, an approach and tool that provides a simple visual language, a Communication & Networking tool, a start-up approach for business innovation.

- Identification of innovative solutions
Discussion with the community/audience to find out some innovative solutions to tackle the problems presented by Chambers of Commerce and to apply Business Model Canvas for Start-Up Creation.
