Tech Shop – a chain of member-based workshops that lets people of all skill levels come in and use industrial tools and equipment to build their own projects. A Tech-Shop offers safety and basic usage training on all the tools and equipment, and on various other topics. For most equipment, a safety and usage class must be completed before it may be used.

Hacker Space – is a community-operated workspace where people with common interests, often in computers, machining, technology, science, digital art or electronic art, can meet, socialize and collaborate. Hacker spaces have also been compared to other community- operated spaces with similar aims and mechanisms such as Fab-Lab, Men’s Sheds, and with commercial “for profit” companies such as Tech-Shop.

Fab Lab (Fabrication Lab) – A fab-lab is a small-scale workshop offering digital fabrication. A fab-lab will be equipped with an array of flexible computer controlled tools that cover several different length scales and various materials, with the aim to make “almost anything”. This includes technology-enabled products generally perceived as limited to mass production.

Open Design City – Is the development of physical products, machines and systems through use of publicly shared design information. Open design involves the making of both free and open-source software (FOSS) as well as open-source hardware. The process is generally facilitated by the Internet and often performed without monetary compensation.

Hardware Lab – Lab Facilities: The building housing the lab should be internet ready using wireless technology; Video conferencing facilities in the lab; Filters are to be install in the lab to monitor access by users; Network printer should be installed for use by users; Projector is desirable in the lab to facilitate delivery of lectures; Original software is to be installed on system to reduce the incidence of virus propagation in the lab.

  The TiHUB will provide access to residents in exchange for free of charge informative seminars or preliminary consultations. By providing affordable facilities and shared area the HUB will put on disposal to incubates office and events equipped space.
