We are Frakton, a close team of creative professionals based in Prishtina, Kosovo since 2007. We’re specialized in building web and mobile products, treated with care in user interaction and user experience. In the recent years, we’ve been working in the outsourcing industry with clients in both the US and Europe.

We are currently seeking to hire a full-stack PHP web developer to help with web and web app projects. The developer candidate needs to have a high-level of competency with web development best practices, frontend web development, PHP/MySQL, and Javascript. Experience with Laravel, AngularJS or Ruby on Rails is a plus.

The developer should also be well-versed in mobile responsive design using frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation CSS. The developer should be familiar with testing for cross-browser compatibility issues and load time.

Basic Requirements:

• Full-stack web development
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, Javascript and JQuery
• Experience with PHP HMVC frameworks (CodeIgniter, Symfony, Laravel, Yii)
• Solid understanding of object oriented programming concepts
• Experience with distributed version control (Git/Mercurial/SVN)
• Must be skilled in writing clean, efficient code
• Ability to learn new things fast

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience with Node.js
• Javascript framework experience (AngularJS/Ember/Backbone.js)
• Bootstrap, Bonfire, Jenkins
• Broadcast systems and software experience
• Media and entertainment application experience
