Entrepreneurs Workshop

The activity will be the right meeting and discussions groups for experts to meet and join interest groups. During this focused workshops and seminars collaborative focused groups will be established and future development paths will be identified toward accelerated success. This activity package will aim to build, through workshops and networking activities, the communities and collaborative networks.

The workshop will be an opportunity to learn about the strategic importance of IP for start-ups; the key IP activities for start-ups along the journey and the ways in which IP can be exploited. Case studies will be presented illustrating a variety of ways in which IP has been used successfully to generate revenue and attract funding. The workshop will be interactive and a Q&A session will be held at the end.

This event is aimed at key stakeholders in the IP ecosystem and anyone with an interest in IP, with or without a background in this field. This workshop will be of interest to you, whether you have a start-up company and wish to know how you can protect your IP or maximise your exit value, or you are a patent attorney who wants an insight into IP in a wider, international business context, or you are looking to invest in a company and want to know how IP can reduce your risk.

The workshop will be conducted in English.
